The Makefile for the project will probably need adjustments to fit the system on which OPTIMQR is compiled. You will need an ANSI C compiler on the system on which you run the optimizer, a Perl5 interpreter on the system the code generator is run, and of course a FORTRAN-77 compiler on the system where the generated solver subroutine is compiled.
